This month we’re getting to know our Accounts Manager, Craig!

Tell us one of your proudest achievements?

Top 10 salesperson in AUS/NZ for Toshiba in 2015.
I won a trip to the Rugby World Cup at Twickenham in the UK to watch the quarter finals in the Toshiba corporate box. Unreal experience for a massive rugby fan.

Tell us something that none of your colleagues know about you?

I was crowned ‘Mr. Movember Cairns’ back in 2008.

Does tomato sauce go in the fridge or cupboard?

The fridge. You monsters!

Tell us the funniest joke you know?

My wife and I were dressed and ready to go out for dinner and a movie. Having been burgled in the past, we turned on a ‘night light’ and put the dog in the backyard. When our cab arrived, we walked out our front door and our rather tubby dog scooted between our legs inside, then ran up the stairs. Because our dog likes to chase our budgie we really didn’t want to leave them unchaperoned so my wife ran inside to retrieve her and put her in the back yard again.

Because I didn’t want the taxi driver to know our house was going to be empty all evening, I explained to him that my wife would be out momentarily as she was just bidding goodnight to her mother. A few minutes later she got into the cab all hot and bothered, and said (to my growing horror and amusement) as the cab pulled away.

“Sorry it took so long but she was hiding under the bed and I had to poke her bum with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off so I grabbed her by the neck and wrapped her in a blanket so she wouldn’t scratch me like she did last time. But it worked! I hauled her fat behind down the stairs and threw her into the backyard….she had better not shit in the vegetable garden again.”

The silence in the taxi was deafening…..

After you left school, what was your dream job?

I didn’t really have plans for a dream job after school, I was already getting into my IT sales career at age 16 while I was still at school ????

What do you enjoy most about working for Future IT Services?

There are lots of things to love about working at Future. But if I had to nail it down to one fav thing I would say the ‘money can’t buy’ trips & experiences from vendor based sales incentives.

Being able to consistently achieve & outperform peer’s in much bigger cities like Melbourne & Sydney is great for networking & putting us on the map.

If you were arrested with no explanation what would your friends and family think you have done?

Road rage.

If you were stranded on a desert Island and could have one piece of technology, what would it be and why?

Satellite Phone with GPS.

If you had to pick one superpower what would it be?

Controlling time.
